Abstract:
In this paper, projected differential transform method (PDTM) has been employed to obtain solution for nonlinear gas dynamics equations. This method rendered it possible to solve a large class of linear and nonlinear equations more effectively accurately. Thus the method has been widely applied to solve a wide range of equations in sciences and engineering. The solution procedure explicitly reveals the high reliability and simplicity of the proposed method. Some illustrative examples are provided and compared with other methods. The numerical results obtained by these examples are found to be the same.
